Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who can plan and execute both offline and field marketing initiatives while building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Develop strategies to generate quality business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, institutions, and business partners.
- Organize investor awareness programs, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage promotional activities, branding, and vendor coordination.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Represent the company at networking events and client meetings.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Brand Management, or Corporate Marketing.
- Qualification: B.Com (Marketing), BBA, MBA (Marketing), or equivalent.
- Experience in event management, field marketing, or corporate marketing is preferred.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Stock Broking, Banking, Mutual Fund, or Insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business promotions, and events.
