Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and turnkey project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and inventory at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the design and project management teams.
- Attend client and vendor meetings whenever required.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, construction, or turnkey project execution.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and material handling.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Willingness to travel across project sites.
