Job Description:
We are hiring a Web Developer & Data Entry Specialist to manage and enhance the college's digital infrastructure. This role combines web development with administrative data management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to both technical and operational goals of the institution.

Fullinfaws College, Akshaya Nagar, Off Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore South
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development
- Design, develop, and maintain the college's official website and web portals
- Build and manage responsive, mobile-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Ensure website performance, uptime, and security across all pages
- Implement UI/UX improvements based on feedback and institutional needs
- Debug, test, and resolve technical issues across all web platforms
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as required
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to publish and update web content regularly
- Maintain version control and document all development activities
Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Accurately enter and maintain student records, faculty data, and institutional information in databases and management systems
- Update and manage data across internal portals, spreadsheets, and LMS platforms
- Prepare and format reports, forms, and data summaries as required by management
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and regular backups
- Coordinate with department heads to collect and process information in a timely manner
- Support digitization of physical records and documents
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Knowledge of at least one back-end technology or CMS (e.g., PHP, WordPress, or similar)
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Basic understanding of databases (MySQL or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for data entry and reporting tasks
