About the Role
Crown Global Immigration is looking for a motivated and confident English Language Assistant & Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have strong English communication skills and are looking to build a career in the immigration industry. The selected candidate will assist our IELTS/PTE trainer while receiving comprehensive training in visa counselling and immigration processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the IELTS/PTE trainer during classes and student activities.
- Communicate effectively with students in English.
- Guide prospective clients regarding immigration and study visa services (training will be provided).
- Learn visa documentation, application processing, and case management.
- Maintain client records and follow up with enquiries.
- Provide professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- MBA graduates are highly welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,422.52 per month
