Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR & Administration to oversee human resources functions and administrative operations for our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and management MIS.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration activities.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and company assets.
- Coordinate with project sites regarding manpower and administrative requirements.
- Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, contracts, and licenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 3–8 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
