Requirements: - 2–4 years of soldering experience - Knowledge of SMD and through-hole soldering -
Experience in PCB assembly, rework, and repair - Ability to read circuit diagrams and assembly drawings -
Familiar with soldering stations, desoldering tools, and multimeters - Knowledge of ESD safety practices -
Good attention to quality and workmanship
