We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling residential property sales and leasing activities, coordinating with clients, conducting property visits, and assisting customers throughout the sales and rental process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential property sales and leasing.
- Show residential properties to prospective clients and explain project features, pricing, and amenities.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for potential buyers and tenants.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.
- Handle property sales, rental agreements, and related documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales or rental closures.
- Negotiate rental and sale terms between property owners and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
- Keep records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and closures.
- Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales and Leasing.
- Proven experience in showing properties to clients and closing sales/rental deals.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, lease agreements, and documentation.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must possess a customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
