Position: Retail Sales Officer

Location: R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and stock records.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and stock audits.
Requirements:
- HSC/Graduate.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery experience preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
