Job Description
We are hiring motivated Business Development Executives (Trainee) to promote and sell our software products and IT services. included.
Note: There will be a Trainee period of 3 to 6 months & a probation period followed by that. Incentive of 5000 - 6000 will be provided during the period. Performance pay will be added on top of the incentive every month based on the closures made or part of.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain company services and solutions
- Generate qualified leads and fix meetings
- Follow up with prospects
- Maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Experience in sales/ telecalling preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge (added advantage)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
