About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, process sales orders, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations within the defined timelines.
- Follow up on submitted quotations to improve conversion rates and generate sales.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate order booking in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors for pricing approvals and timely order release.
- Maintain customer records, KYC documentation, and update customer information regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new business development.
- Manage customer communications professionally through emails and other channels.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback regarding products and services and share insights with the team.
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements across different products, brands, and business segments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc.) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Quotation Management, or a similar role.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing will be preferred.
