Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have 1 to 2 yrs of experience in handling end to end recruitment process & who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
· Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate further interview rounds.
· Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
· Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Skills Required:
· Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
· Familiarity with job posting platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Workindia etc and resume screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling etc.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
· Positive attitude and team player.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
