About the Role:
StartupFlora is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Handle key client negotiations and closures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Experience in B2B/B2C sales is preferred
