Industry: Industrial Supplies, Tools, Equipment (B2B)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Sales / Business Development Executive who has strong knowledge of industrial products and proven experience in B2B sales, dealer development, and closing tough deals.
This role requires a performer who can convert even “not happening” deals, stay calm under pressure, and ensure consistent sales growth—no matter what, where, or when.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert warm leads, cold leads, and “stuck” leads into confirmed orders.
- Present industrial products effectively to clients, explaining technical and commercial benefits.
B2B & Dealer Network Expansion
- Identify, onboard & manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across regions.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with industrial buyers & procurement heads.
- Ensure repeat orders and consistent performance from each dealer.
Deal Conversion Expertise
- Handle objections calmly and logically.
- Convert low-probability or stuck deals through negotiation, follow-up discipline, and value selling.
- Demonstrate persistence, resilience, and strategic closing ability.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industrial product specifications, competitor pricing & customer needs.
- Provide insights to management for improving product offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in industrial product sales (tools, MRO, hardware, equipment, electricals, mechanical components, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in B2B sales, tender discussions, procurement cycles & dealer management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills.
- Calm, composed, and result-oriented personality.
- Must be comfortable with travel for client visits, dealer onboarding & field sales.

Education
- Preferred: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
- Otherwise: Any graduate with strong industrial product sales experience
