Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Consultant to manage end-to-end account management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, induction, client coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates with excellent communication skills and proficiency in at least one South Indian language are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account management for assigned clients.
- Coordinate and execute employee onboarding processes.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and employees.
- Handle client queries, requirements, and escalations professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth employee deployment and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment, operations, and HR activities.
- Maintain employee records and prepare necessary reports.
- Monitor employee engagement and resolve day-to-day concerns.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, Client Management, or Account Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client relationships.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of onboarding and induction processes is preferred.
- Mandatory: Fluency in English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
