About the Role
ASBIM Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – Architecture & Structure to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Architectural and Structural BIM coordination, model management, quality control, and multidisciplinary collaboration using Autodesk tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Architectural and Structural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead model coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts with project stakeholders.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Develop, review, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.
- Manage project collaboration using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Review and coordinate construction documentation, shop drawings, and model deliverables.
- Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements and project standards.
- Support and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary integration.
- Monitor model quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Required Skills
✅ Expert in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure)
✅ Expert in AutoCAD
✅ Strong knowledge of Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
✅ Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
✅ Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, and project coordination
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Architectural & Structural BIM Coordination.
- Experience working on Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, or Data Center projects will be an added advantage.
