Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out & inventory levels
- Manage stock replenishment and ageing inventory
- Support trade schemes, promotions & product launches
- Coordinate with store managers and warehouse teams
- Prepare sales MIS and performance reports
- Ensure VM and brand guideline compliance
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of retail trade operations
- Good analytical and Excel skills
- Strong communication & coordination ability
- Ability to travel across stores
Qualification
- Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field
- 4-6 years experience in retail, sports, or lifestyle industry preferred
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
