- Customer Interaction & Support
- Answer customer calls, messages, emails, and chat inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
- Provide detailed product information (cake flavors, customization options, pricing, delivery timelines).
- Assist customers in placing orders and guide them through payment and delivery options.
- Order Management
- Coordinate with the production team for customized cakes, designer cakes, and bulk orders.
- Ensure all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed on time.
- Track and update customers on order status (confirmation, preparation, dispatch, delivery).
- Complaint Handling & Service Recovery
- Address customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery delays, or damages.
- Provide timely solutions and follow-up until customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.
- Promote seasonal cakes, offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure on-time and safe cake delivery.
- Liaise with the design/production team to confirm customization details.
- Maintain proper communication between departments for smooth order execution.
