Sales Manager – Aesthetic Division

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Aesthetic Division who has a strong network within the dermatology, cosmetology, and aesthetic medicine industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving sales, building relationships with doctors and clinics, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell aesthetic products, devices, and treatment solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while driving revenue growth.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure timely collections.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, medical device, or healthcare industry.
- Strong existing relationships with doctors, dermatologists, cosmetologists, and aesthetic clinics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
