Responsibilities:-
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain the service process.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Update customers on service progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service records.
Requirements:-
- Minimum Qualification:- Automobile Diploma.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- 2-3 years of Experience in the automobile industry.
- Positive attitude and wiilingness to learn.
