Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of projects
- Define project charters, objectives, timelines, governance structures, and resource requirements.
- Develop project plans, manage dependencies, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner closely with leadership, COEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, steering committee updates, and decision-making forums.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships and ensure alignment across various internal and external stakeholders.
Project Governance & Controls
- Establish and maintain project management standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Track project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Monitor budget, timelines, and resourcing while proactively resolving issues and roadblocks.
Communication & Change Support
- Develop communication plans, leadership updates, and project dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
- Provide change and transition support (in partnership with Change Management teams) to ensure successful project adoption.
Create training materials, guides, and support documents as needed for project rollouts.

Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage data to generate actionable insights for leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Strategic Analytics and Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions
- Measure project performance against KPIs, collect feedback, and drive post-implementation evaluations.
- Prepare project closure reports, lessons-learned documentation, and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Continuously improve project methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance HR project delivery excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA
- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects such as system implementations, process automation, policy redesign, or employee experience programs.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, people's operations, and engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Skilled at simplifying complex challenges and translating them into structured project plans.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification are added advantages.
