- Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems at client locations
- Cable laying, routing, and proper connection setup
- Identify and fix issues in cameras, DVR, power supply
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid failures
- Configure IP cameras, network settings, and recording systems
- Setup motion detection, alerts, and backup systems
- Attend service calls on time (on-site work required)
- Ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction
- Perform scheduled maintenance visits
- Maintain service records and reports
- Coordinate with internal team and customers
- Submit daily service updates and reports
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of CCTV & networking
Electrical/Electronics fundamentals
Problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for site work
