Roles & Responsibilities
- Nursing Administration
- Supervise and manage all nursing staff in the hospital.
- Ensure proper nursing care and patient safety.
- Maintain nursing discipline and professional standards.
- Staff Management
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate nursing staff to departments.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of nurses.
- Identify training needs and arrange nursing education programs.
- Patient Care Management
- Ensure quality nursing care for all patients.
- Monitor infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
- Handle patient complaints related to nursing services.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth functioning of wards, ICU, OT, and emergency units.
- Policy Implementation
- Implement hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation and nursing records.
- Inventory & Equipment
- Monitor nursing supplies, medicines, and equipment availability.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and stores for required materials.
- Reporting
- Submit regular reports to management regarding nursing operations.
- Report incidents, shortages, or disciplinary issues.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
