We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the preparation of high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development.
- Follow standard recipes and operating procedures.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
