Your Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive, you will drive end-to-end recruitment efforts to build a strong talent pipeline for our growing technical and corporate business lines. In this fast-paced contract role, you will manage candidates through the entire sourcing and selection lifecycle with high professionalism and empathy. By ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, you will act as a key brand ambassador, positioning Burns & McDonnell India as an employer of choice in the industry.
Position may include leading or executing the following assignments:
1.
End-to-End Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source, pipeline, and attract passive and active high-quality talent (specifically engineering, technical, and corporate profiles) using multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, database mining, industry networking, and referrals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to thoroughly understand specialized resource demands, technical requirements, and team dynamics.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct rigorous initial HR screenings to assess candidates' technical alignment, salary expectations, notice periods, and cultural fit with our collaborative and high-performance culture.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
Seamless Logistics: Schedule and coordinate all rounds of technical, management, and leadership interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and panel members.
Candidate Advocacy: Provide transparent, timely, and constructive updates to candidates at all stages of the process, maintaining high professional standards and candidate care.
ATS Governance: Maintain absolute data integrity by keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) continuously updated with candidate statuses, feedback, and hiring progress.
3.
Offer Management & Pre-Boarding Engagement
Negotiation & Structuring: Conduct formal salary negotiation and offer discussions in alignment with corporate salary structures, internal equity benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
Process Coordination: Prepare and coordinate complete internal offer approval dossiers, ensuring all supporting documents and statutory requirements are met.
Post-Offer Engagement: Actively engage and build rapport with offered candidates during their notice periods to mitigate drop-out risks, addressing questions and ensuring a warm, smooth transition to their onboarding phase.

Branding, Analytics, & Compliance
Employer Branding: Represent Burns & McDonnell India at recruitment events and on digital professional networks, highlighting our industry-leading project portfolios, wellness pillars, and supportive culture.
Recruitment Metrics: Generate periodic TA reports and track key recruitment KPIs (such as time-to-hire, source mix, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio) to identify process bottlenecks and optimize recruitment channels.
Compliance & Audit: Adhere strictly to institutional recruitment policies, global compliance guidelines, and equal employment opportunity regulations.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master’s degree / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
Experience
- Core Experience: 3 to 6 years of solid, hands-on experience in corporate recruitment or recruitment agency environments.
- Industry Context: Proven experience recruiting for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction), engineering consulting, technical design, or highly technical multinational setups is strongly preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Platform Expertise: Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate our company value proposition convincingly to senior talent.
- Interpersonal Dynamics: Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills with a deep candidate-centric approach.
- Analytical Ability: Comfortable working with recruiting data, spreadsheets (MS Excel), and reporting tools to measure performance metrics.
