Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our presence in the ceramic industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales of ceramic raw materials such as Kaolin, Feldspar, Quartz, Ball Clay, Silica, or allied products and should possess strong relationships within the ceramic manufacturing sector.
Candidates with prior experience in the sanitaryware industry will be given preference.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities in the ceramic, sanitaryware, tableware, tile, and allied industries.
- Promote and sell ceramic raw materials including Kaolin, Feldspar, Quartz, Ball Clay, Silica, and other industrial minerals.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with ceramic manufacturers, procurement teams, dealers, distributors, and industrial buyers.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, sampling, order execution, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, production, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and customer feedback.
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product developments.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer insights to management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports, sales pipeline, CRM updates, and monthly sales reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

- Industrial mineral companies
Candidates with an existing customer network in the sanitaryware and ceramic industry will have an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, CRM software, and quotation preparation.
- Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving skills.
