Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Identify sales opportunities, manage lead funnels, and close deals within hospitals, clinics, and government healthcare facilities.
- Clinical Guidance: Support operating room environments and provide ongoing clinical expertise on surgical workflows and technology applications.
- Education & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical presentations for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.
- Reporting: Monitor market trends, track competitor products, and manage administrative sales pipelines and expense reports. [4, 5]
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Requirements: Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
