1. Plant Operations Management
- Oversee the complete operations of the electrical manufacturing plant.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production lines, machines, and manpower.
- Monitor daily plant performance and production output.
2. Production Planning & Control
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production schedule.
- Optimize machine utilization and manpower efficiency.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
3. Quality Management
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to reduce defects and rework.
4. Maintenance & Equipment Management
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Maintain plant equipment and electrical systems for uninterrupted operations.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Implement health and safety policies in the plant.
- Conduct safety training and emergency drills.
6. Cost Control & Productivity
- Monitor production cost, wastage, and operational efficiency.
- Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage production, maintenance, quality, and support teams.
- Train and develop plant employees and supervisors.
8. Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, HR, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
