Hiring: HR Executive – Marketing Recruitment
Location: Mohali (Work From Office)
We are hiring an HR Executive for our client. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting professionals across the Marketing domain, including Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Branding, and related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Marketing and Digital Marketing positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of marketing professionals.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends and skill requirements within the marketing industry.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for Marketing or Digital Marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of marketing roles such as SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Writing, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, and Brand Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and close requirements within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
- Experience working in an IT, Digital Marketing, or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.
Pay: ₹15,119.33 - ₹50,316.16 per month
