Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentive: Uncapped performance incentives up to ₹1,00,000 per month
About the Role
Indus Infra is looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and target-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team at our Dwarka Sector 10 office. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, introduce our real estate projects, and schedule site visits for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers using provided leads.
Explain real estate projects, key features, pricing, and investment advantages clearly.
Identify customer needs and pitch suitable residential or commercial property options.
Schedule property site visits for potential buyers with our sales managers.
Regularly follow up with potential leads and maintain a pipeline of interested clients.
Record call status, client feedback, and lead details accurately in Excel/CRM software.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Language Skills: Good English (spoken and written) along with fluent Hindi.
Location: Candidates residing in or near Dwarka / West Delhi preferred for an easy commute to Sector 10.
Experience: Freshers with strong communication or 1+ year of calling/sales experience preferred (Real Estate background is a plus).
Skills: Excellent communication, strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a positive phone presence.
Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
