Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Quality Control (Export) is responsible for ensuring that all products meet international quality standards and customer specifications before shipment. The role involves overseeing quality checks, maintaining compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and defect-free dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure product quality as per export standards and client specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.
- Approve final products before export shipment.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications.
- Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for smooth export operations.
- Handle customer quality requirements and documentation.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and audit documents.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage internal and external quality audits.
- Train and guide QC team members on quality procedures and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Technology / Chemistry or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in export-oriented industries.
- Strong knowledge of export quality standards and documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP, or other relevant certifications.
- Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA for effective resolution.
- Manage and coordinate BRCGS, NOP, NPOP, EU Organic, and RFA audits.
- Manage artwork and label verification to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure process optimization and maintain food safety standards in alignment with BRCGS and organic certification norms.
- Coordinated pest control and sanitation activities, driving continuous improvement through corrective actions.
- Conducted internal audits, reviewed non-conformities, and ensured regulatory compliance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
