Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute 360-degree social media strategies for diverse clients (B2B & B2C) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging 2026 platforms.
- Content Creation: Draft high-converting copy, brief design teams on visual assets, and stay hands-on with short-form video (Reels/TikTok) production and editing.
- Community Management: Actively engage with followers, manage customer inquiries, and foster "superfan" communities to humanize client brands.
- Trend Harvesting: Monitor "virality" in real-time. You must be able to pivot a client’s content calendar within hours to capitalize on a trending sound or cultural moment.
- Paid Social Collaboration: Work with the performance team to ensure organic content aligns with paid ad strategies for maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Sprout Social or HubSpot to track KPIs (engagement rate, sentiment, ROAS) and deliver "no-fluff" monthly reports to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing (Agency experience is a huge plus).
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of algorithms for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- AI Savviness: Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper) to accelerate content ideation and workflow.
- Copywriting: The ability to switch "voices" instantly—from professional/corporate to Gen Z/playful.
- Visual Eye: Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Express) and mobile video editing (CapCut) are non-negotiable.
- Agility: The ability to manage 3–5 different client accounts simultaneously without missing a beat.
Pay: ₹10,060.74 - ₹40,962.67 per month
