Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence across our Asset Management product family. In this role, you’ll ensure delivery success by aligning strategy, engineering capacity, and business priorities. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop delivery plans, lead risks, and complete roadmaps that advance our modernization journey.
As a formal leader, you'll lead a team and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will promote customer-centric product development and help build consistent delivery practices across the organization.

Lead and optimize delivery systems across multiple teams, applying Agile principles while balancing iterative development with structured planning, achievement tracking, and continuous improvement.

Provide strong technical and delivery leadership, especially across AWS cloud, Python, and modern engineering practices—driving the build, estimation, planning, and end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications.

Mentor and develop teams, promoting a learning culture, product approach, and high-quality engineering across short- and long-term delivery cycles.

Drive central initiatives by setting clear objectives, influencing multi-functional groups, and enhancing delivery systems through improved processes and consistency to Agile, Lean, and AWS guidelines.

Proactively handle dependencies and impediments, encouraging positive relationships with business and technology partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and predictable outcomes.

Champion Lean Leadership, nurturing talent through mentoring, experimentation, and continuous improvement while supporting both iterative and phased delivery models.

Own and guide large-scale system improvements, elevating stability, performance, scalability, and operational reliability using a pragmatic blend of Agile and structured delivery approaches.

Coordinate technology operations including incident & problem management (SEV management), consistency to SLAs, operational excellence, and driving improvements that improve system stability and efficiency.

Promote engineering maturity, driving automation, documentation excellence, and knowledge-sharing across teams to uplift delivery consistency and quality.

Stay ahead of industry and cloud trends, making recommendations that improve our architecture and delivery capabilities.

Facilitate multi-functional collaboration, enabling faster issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and aligned technical problem solving.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree - Engineering (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 10+ years work experience or equivalent experience

10+ years leading software/application development projects with strong delivery ownership

Experience in data management/integration, data warehousing, Python, and AWS cloud services

Demonstrated relationship-building skills with both IT and non-IT collaborators

Shown ability to lead multiple complex initiatives under time constraints

Skilled in executive communication, scope alignment, risk management, and delivery governance

Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of engineering frameworks, SDLC methodologies, and operational guidelines

Experience leading operational processes—incident, problem, and service management—with focus on stability and continuous improvement

Asset Management domain experience OR Financial Services industry experience

10+ years working with Agile teams in a software engineering environment
