We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the dynamic team at Right Step Preschool, the leading and most innovative preschool in Tambaram, Chennai. We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to fill the position of Teaching Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning experiences of our toddlers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging and effective lesson plans that incorporate our unique blend of educational methodologies.
- Nurturing and guiding a class of fifteen toddlers, fostering their growth and development in a stimulating environment.
- Producing comprehensive student assessment reports on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis, enabling parents to closely monitor their child's progress.
- Establishing meaningful connections with parents through personalized phone call sessions promoting an open and collaborative learning journey.
- Engaging in playful activities including dancing, singing, and interactive play sessions that contribute to the holistic development of our young learners.
Expected Qualities:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with toddlers.
- Montessori training, which aligns with our innovative educational approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to the diverse needs of our students.
- A team player mentality, collaborating effectively with colleagues to create a harmonious learning environment.
- Excellent time management skills to balance various responsibilities.
- Leadership abilities to guide a team and ensure tasks are efficiently completed.
Salary:
The salary for the Teaching Staff position is set at 9000 INR per month.
Minimum Work Tenure:
We expect the selected candidate to commit to a minimum work tenure of 1 year.
