We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our brands online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our audience, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through strategic social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to create compelling content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational and time-management skills.
