Position: SEO Specialist
Experience: 2+ years of experience (from digital marketing agency)
Qualification: Graduate (compulsory)

Responsibilities:
- Own traffic, conversions, and ranking KPIs, not just vanity metrics.
- Build and present regular performance reports with clear attribution and insights.
- Provide verifiable ranking proof and ROI-focused deliverables to clients.
- Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): optimize content to appear in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms.
- Execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): structure content to capture featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search results.
- Demonstrate practical, hands-on experience with at least one successfully executed AI-SEO project.
- Collaborate on content briefs and provide SEO-led editing guidance.
- Conduct thorough technical audits: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, structured data (Schema.org), and site architecture.
- Design and execute SEO strategies with a clear lead generation objective, not just traffic growth.
- Track and report on organic-sourced leads, MQLs, and assisted conversions using GA4 and Search Console.
- Proficiency with paid SEO tools is mandatory: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Uber Suggest.
- Regular use of Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio for tracking and reporting.
- Experience working on international projects (primary) and Indian market projects.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and how to use them responsibly in SEO workflows.
- Understanding of how LLMs retrieve and cite content, and how to optimize for that.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, enough to understand what developers need to implement.
