Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of Mutual Fund schemes across Equity, Debt, Hybrid, and Thematic categories using both quantitative and qualitative parameters, fund manager performance, portfolio composition, and market outlook.
- Prepare portfolio review reports and recommend suitable scheme additions, exits, replacements, and asset allocation strategies aligned with client risk profiles and investment goals.
- Track SEBI/AMFI regulations, fund manager changes, portfolio reshuffles, NFO launches, and other industry developments impacting investment decisions.
- Monitor macroeconomic and financial market developments, including RBI policies, interest rates, repo rates, inflation, GDP, FII/DII flows, currency movements, and global market events to assess their impact on mutual fund categories.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update research reports, scheme comparison sheets, AMC analysis, model portfolios, investment watchlists, and internal research databases.
- Analyse and compare investment opportunities across asset classes, including Equities, Bonds, ETFs, Gold, REITs/InvITs, and other market-linked investment products to support informed mutual fund recommendations.
- Support Relationship Managers with research-backed investment recommendations, client portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and portfolio rebalancing.
- Assist in creating investor education material, market presentations, reports, and data-driven content in collaboration with the marketing team.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian Mutual Fund ecosystem (SEBI regulations, SIP/STP/SWP, taxation, AMC/RTA structure).
- Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Data Analysis, etc.
- Good understanding of Equity, Debt, Bonds, ETFs, Gold, REITs/InvITs, and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in MBA (Finance), CFA, CFP, or M.Com preferred.
- NISM Series V-A Certification (mandatory before or within 3 months of joining).
- Additional NISM certifications (Research Analyst, Equity Derivatives, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
