Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing site work efficiently, coordinating with carpenters and vendors, and ensuring quality and timelines are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with carpenters, factory team, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and designs
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship
- Verify materials delivered to site (quantity & quality)
- Handle site measurements and updates for production
- Report daily progress to the office/team
- Manage client interactions at site when required
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior-related field
- 1–3 years experience in interior site execution (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of materials like plywood, mica, hardware, etc.
- Ability to read drawings (2D/3D)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be proactive and problem-solving oriented
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in residential interiors
- Knowledge of modular furniture execution
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
