We are searching an experienced Project Manager for our Govt. projects work. He will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of government building construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and construction programs.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and take corrective action to address delays, constraints, and performance issues.
- Provide regular updates to senior management/client authorities regarding project status, risks, costs, quality, and schedule.
- Coordinate with government departments.
Experience: 10–15+ years experience working with government departments, public-sector organizations, consultants, and contractors.
Salary: 30,000-70,000/ month
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
