- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications across different business units.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce applications with external systems.
- Understanding of user experience principles to create intuitive and efficient application interfaces.
