HR Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and execution skills with hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring and lateral recruitment requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Conduct employee counseling and retention initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of employee issues.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Verify payroll-related records and maintain accuracy.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, UAN, and other compliance-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and audit readiness.
- Support policy implementation and disciplinary processes.
Team Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
- Monitor task completion and employee performance tracking.
- Support office administration, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment platforms.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Experience in team handling and HR operations will be preferred.
Working Hours
The organization operates in two shifts:
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Shift timings may be assigned and changed based on business requirements and operational needs.
