Role Description The Construction Repair Expert will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity, conducting structural diagnostics for residential properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed inspections, assessing signs of seepage and dampness, documenting findings with photographs and measurements, and collaborating with engineers to support evidence-backed reports. The role involves using diagnostic tools, reviewing architectural and construction details, and providing clear technical inputs that help homeowners understand repair options without promoting specific contractors or materials. The expert will also maintain accurate records, adhere to safety and quality standards during site visits, and communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Construction and basic Architecture principles relevant to residential structures.
- Proficiency in Inspection practices, including site surveys, defect identification, and accurate documentation of structural conditions.
- Ability to manage Budgeting considerations when advising on potential repair scopes and helping homeowners understand cost implications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for preparing reports, data entry, and presenting findings in a clear, structured format.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in building diagnostics, structural assessment, or repair planning is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical data and site observations.
- Effective communication skills, professional client interaction, and ability to work independently on-site within defined procedures.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
