What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen IT professionals across various technologies
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
