Position: BPO Customer Support Executive

About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to manage customer interactions and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth communication across various support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the Team Lead when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, scripts, and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, chat platforms, and CRM/customer support tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
