Job Title : Design Architect
Job Location: Kochi
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and Design: Create detailed floor plans and elevations using software like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino or InDesign
Project Support: Assist senior architects with schematic designs, material research, and building code compliance.
Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, and contractors under indirect supervision.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Software: Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, InDesign
Soft Skills: Clear verbal communication
