Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Sales Officers, located in Dehradun.
The role involves managing sales operations, developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project customers.
Candidates preferred from segment (Iron/Steel, Tiles, Cement, or related building materials).
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, expanding the dealer and project network, managing key client accounts, and ensuring timely service and supply to customers. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting channel partners, and strengthening the company’s presence in the regional market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and project clients
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, and site visits to expand business reach
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Support channel partners with product information, pricing, and coordination for timely deliveries
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales or Sales Management in Iron/Steel, TMT Bars, Cement, Tiles, or Building Materials industry
- Strong dealer network and market understanding
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3–6 years of relevant industry experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
