Job Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualification: ICWAI / ICMAI / M. Com / Engineering with costing
experience
Prepare product-wise and process-wise cost sheets in accordance with
standard costing principles.
Costing & Budgeting (Manufacturing Focus)
Working knowledge of product costing and overall costing concepts.
Monitor Capex and Opex expenditures.
Assist in preparation of Capex & Opex budgets.
Support cost analysis and variance reporting.
Analyse raw material consumption, yield loss, scrap generation, by-product
recovery, and conversion costs.
Monitor standard vs. actual cost variances (material, labour, overheads)
and recommend corrective actions to management.
Support budget preparation, inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG, Scrap), cost
control initiatives, and energy cost analysis.
Reconcile inventory records (Raw Material, Work-in-Progress, Finished
Goods, Scrap) with production data and ERP records on a periodic basis.
Prepare detailed MIS reports, cost analysis reports, and product-wise
profitability statements for management review.
Maintain proper cost records as per applicable Indian regulations and
support Cost Audit, Internal Audit, and Statutory Audit requirements.
Coordinate closely with Production, Stores, Procurement, and Planning
teams to ensure accuracy of cost inputs and operational data.
Ensure proper costing configuration, BOM validation, routing, and cost
postings in ERP systems.
Provide commercial support in pricing decisions, tendering, and bidding
processes based on cost data and margin analysis.
Possess strong knowledge of process costing, standard costing, and
variance analysis techniques.
Experience in steel industry costing will be preferred (though not
mandatory).
Well-versed with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / etc.) and advanced MS
Excel.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
