Role description
* 6+ years of experience in OpenLab CDS ECM Application. * Hands-on experience with OpenLab CDS/ECM Project. * Install, configure, and maintain OpenLab CDS ECM project. * Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings. * Perform system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery. * Troubleshoot software, instrument, and network-related issues * Configure and integrate HPLC/GC/UPLC instruments with OpenLab CDS * Ensure proper communication between instruments with CDS application * Basic SQL/Oracle database knowledge (preferred) * Good documentation and communication skills.
