Key Responsibilities: -
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly PEB production as per project priorities and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Projects, Dispatch, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor CNC, fabrication, welding, assembly, blasting, painting, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and resources for optimum productivity.
- Track production targets, WIP, bottlenecks, machine utilization, and cycle time.
- Ensure availability of materials, drawings, BOMs, and consumables.
- Ensure production meets quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.
- Minimize rework, rejection, wastage, and production delays.
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.
Requirements: -
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in PEB / structural steel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication and production processes.
- Hands-on experience in CNC, welding, assembly, blasting, painting, and dispatch operations.
- Good understanding of production planning, manpower allocation, WIP, and machine utilization.
- Ability to coordinate with Design, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Projects, and Dispatch teams.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and production management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP; knowledge of production planning software is an advantage.
