Roles and responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Schedule and execute routine checks on mechanical and electrical systems, including anode/cathode bars, tanks, exhaust fans, and scrubbers, to prevent production bottlenecks
Breakdown Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair machinery failures—such as faulty plating rectifiers, temperature controllers, chillers, and automated hoist systems.
Process Machinery Repair: Manage and repair pumps, valves, piping networks, and filtration systems responsible for circulating harsh chemical baths.
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Maintenance: Maintain pumps, filter presses, and dosing systems that process hazardous chemical waste and wastewater to meet stringent environmental discharge standards
