Andolasoft is seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical use cases
- Participate in requirement analysis and define engineering-level specifications
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Python
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications or third-party services
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA engineers
- Review code, share knowledge, and contribute to improving development processes
- Maintain technical documentation and assist in deployment activities
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Python programming
- Proficiency with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, database systems, and ORM libraries
- Experience with REST API design and implementation
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Version control using Git
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Docker or containerized development environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and Celery
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (Unit, Integration, TDD)
- Contribution to open-source projects is a plus
